Conflict Management System Design

Does your organization face repeated conflicts and disputes, eating up time, energy, and funds? Many organizations can benefit from improving the design and implementation of their conflict management systems (complaint intake, negotiation, escalation, mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution processes).

We have assisted many organizations with conflict management system design on both the small and large scale. We have also taught principles of conflict management system design in a number of settings, helping organizations to revise and improve their own systems. We can advise on system improvements to any organization in need, bringing years of experience to bear on the problems.

Paul is the author of the chapter, A Practical Guide to Conflict Management System Design, in the text, Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Manual, setting out a practical and effective approach to system design.
